Roche is seeking a field-based Digital Consultant to partner with healthcare laboratory customers, analyzing workflows and designing integrated digital solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes. You will translate customer needs into value demonstrations and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery across diverse lab environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of lab IT or general IT experience or 6 years of IT experience in laboratory settings
• Requires travel +75% of the time
• Experience with LIS, Middleware, and navify Portfolio preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or related CI experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design differentiated digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability.
• Adopt and execute Standard Work across franchises and global teams.
• Support consulting engagements for local and regional projects with standard analytics methods.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma approaches for pre- and post-sales consulting.
• Deliver digital consulting services including workflow planning and change management.
• Master tools like TVO, ROI analysis, and Salesforce.
