Job summary

Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to provide onsite configuration, installation, training, and troubleshooting for MegaLab customers. The role involves supporting Siemens automation and middleware, collaborating with hospital IT and LIS vendors, and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Three years' experience in the job offered or related occupation; or a Master's degree with one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite system configuration support including pre-installation, installation, training, troubleshooting and post-implementation activities.
• Support multiple shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
• Interact with Hospital IT, LIS vendors, and Siemens personnel to meet business objectives.
• Perform software installation, network setup and application configuration; conduct verification and acceptance testing.
