Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in a healthcare IT related field with applicable experience
- Experience in onsite IT support and healthcare IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS, server OS, and basic networking
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite configuration, installation, training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for Siemens automation and middleware solutions.
- Support multiple shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with on-site management and shift personnel to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in planning for new installations and workflow design.
- Deliver training to customer laboratory staff on system operation and configuration.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens quality and regulatory policies.
