Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager to lead and supervise a team of data engineers as they develop, test, modify, and deliver healthcare data solutions for US-based customers. You will understand business requirements, partner products, services, and integrate them with our platforms, ensuring delivery of scalable analytics and dashboards.

This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration with IT, software engineering, and business units, and a track record

Qualifications

• Extensive ETL, data warehousing and analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience in extracting and validating data.
• Excellent communication and technical project management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with data integration across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience in healthcare data domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise data engineers, analysts and QA for healthcare data solutions.
• Understand business requirements and align with product and services teams.
• Direct data integrations, analytics, dashboards, and maintenance operations.
• Own delivery plans and timelines with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, software engineering and business domains.
