Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

The position emphasizes strategic oversight, data validation across SQL/dbs, and guiding QA teams and delivery across healthcare transformation programs, with remote placement and focus

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3 years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• 3 years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC; ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and oversight: Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Data validation: Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Test data and tools: Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Healthcare expertise: Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Risk and bug: Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Delivery leadership: Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Stakeholder leadership: Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
