Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring small teams through all SDLC phases.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and oversight: lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Data validation: oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Test data and tools: guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Healthcare expertise: understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Risk and bug: lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Delivery leadership: drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Stakeholder leadership: build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status to executives.
