Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented data operations associate to manage and maintain large data volumes with high accuracy, create and analyze reports in Excel, and track project progress.

You will review data for accuracy and compliance with company standards, organize multiple priorities, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain records in designated systems while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Strong English communication and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data management, reporting, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, filtering, sorting, and reporting functions.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate information accurately and effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Track project progress and ensure all assigned tasks and deliverables are completed by established deadlines.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments while managing competing priorities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and distribute information as needed.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting updates.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
