Job summary

The team focuses on transforming health data into insights while maintaining strict privacy. This role supports data management, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal teams to manage data accuracy, generate reports in Excel, and ensure timely delivery of tasks, all while upholding HIPAA standards and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data management, reporting, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, filtering, sorting, and reporting functions.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Track project progress and ensure all assigned tasks and deliverables are completed by established deadlines.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments while managing competing priorities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and distribute information as needed.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting updates.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
