We seek a detail-oriented data management specialist to handle large data volumes, create Excel reports, and track progress against deadlines. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in data management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with HIPAA standards while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data management or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Excel and other tools.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed by deadlines.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and HIPAA compliance.
• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments while managing competing priorities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and distribute information.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting updates.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate strong time management to meet daily, weekly, monthly objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
