Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations support professional in the United States to manage large data sets, create and analyze Excel-based reports, and track project progress with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data management, reporting, administrative support, operations, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, filtering, sorting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate information accurately and effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Track project progress and ensure all assigned tasks and deliverables are completed by established deadlines.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments while managing competing priorities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and distribute information as needed.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting updates.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
