Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience.
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• Proficient with Power BI and MS Office.
• Ability to present to leadership and clients via video or in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate a growing team across locations.
• Manage workflow and productivity of HIS staff and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with leadership on issues and opportunities.
• Participate in project teams and implement operational strategies.
