Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience.
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• Ability to present to leadership, clients, and your Team via Video or in person.
• Detail and quality oriented as it relates to accurate and compliant information for medical records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a growing and energized team.
• Communicate and collaborate with leadership on issues and opportunities.
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions.
• Manage escalating calls from centralized call centers.
• Oversee client locations and plan for fluctuating needs.
