Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead the HIS frontline team, train staff, and ensure processes comply with guidelines. The role covers multiple Atlanta-area sites, with focus on client service, data quality, and performance delivery.

Responsibilities include staffing, escalation handling, and collaborating with leadership on improvements, while supporting the Risk Management and Payor-related requests. Strong data entry and release of information experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience.
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• Ability to present to leadership, clients, and team via video or in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ROI specialist team and manage client expectations.
• Oversee QA, accuracy, and compliant records management.
• Handle escalated situations and drive a positive work environment.
• Assist in new hire processes and cross-site staff development.
• Coordinate with location management on complex issues and build relationships.
