Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead client-facing services and manage workflow for HIS teams across multiple sites in Vancouver, Washington. The role focuses on front-line people management, training, and ensuring processes are compliant with established guidelines.

You will assist in planning and developing departmental projects, mentor staff, handle escalations, and partner with leadership to drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum Leadership experience
• Experience in Health Information (HIM) and release of information is a plus
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards
• Ability to present to leadership, clients, and team via video or in person

Responsibilities

• Lead a teams, managing workflow and maintaining quality assurance expectations for clients and Service Delivery teams
• Document information on multiple platforms using two monitors
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions
• Be the leader of client locations and plan for fluctuating needs
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers
• Participate in project teams to advance operational strategies
