Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead client service activities across multiple Salt Lake City area sites. You will manage workflow, mentor staff, and ensure quality standards while partnering with leadership to drive process improvements.

The role demands 1–2 years in Health Information, HIPAA fluency, and the ability to coordinate with Payor teams and internal stakeholders. Hybrid work is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Health Information related experience
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards
• Experience leading, training and motivating a team
• Able to work on-site and remotely
• Strong communication with leadership, clients and staff

Responsibilities

• Lead a teams, managing workflow and ensuring quality for clients and Service Delivery teams
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers
• Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues
• Document information on multiple platforms using two monitors
• Assist in new hire processes and staff development at multiple sites
