Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee client service operations across Salt Lake City and surrounding sites. You will lead teams, ensure quality, manage workflow, and escalate issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

The role supports the Service Delivery Manager, participates in projects, and collaborates with leadership to optimize processes. On-site and remote collaboration, full benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum Leadership, Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information/HIM experience

Responsibilities

• Lead teams, managing workflow and maintaining quality assurance expectations for clients and Service Delivery teams
• Document information on multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions
• Be the leader of client locations and plan for fluctuating needs
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers
• Participate in project teams and committees to advance operational strategies and initiatives
• Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues while building strong relationships
