Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager for Consulting Services focused on Data Migration (Millennium). You will lead a team of project managers, oversee design, extraction, transformation, and validation activities, and ensure delivery meets security and client requirements.

You will align multiple stakeholders, drive risk management, and support cross-functional collaboration across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience leading delivery teams or similar roles.
2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
BS/BA in related fields; highly organized with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project managers to meet quality standards and client expectations.
Oversee data migration design, configuration, activation, and support.
Provide leadership for escalations, delivery risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
Coordinate data migration activities across programs from planning to post-live stabilization.
Align engagement leaders, stakeholders, architects, and Oracle Health teams for delivery.
Foster collaboration across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting teams.
Coach and develop team members with performance feedback and growth plans.
