Job summary

PACE-RI is seeking a Data Manager to lead data analytics, management, and reporting in a patient-centered health care setting. You will collect data from EHR and various systems, build user-friendly visuals, and deliver actionable insights to staff and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL/Python/Snowflake skills, BI tool proficiency, and the ability to train colleagues in self-serve reporting while maintaining data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong foundation in data analysis and manipulation.
• Technical and AI fluency: SQL, Python, Snowflake; proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI/Tableau.
• Ability to take initiative on solving data challenges, address data gaps, and improve the organizational data plan.
• Ability to maintain sound judgement under stress and communicate effectively.
• Dependable and punctual with ability to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Snowflake Data Warehouse from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations using visualization tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics for monitoring and improvement.
• Lead the Data Strategy plan with governance structures, data definitions and hierarchies.
• Collaborate across departments to define data/reporting needs and support data collection.
• Supervise Medical Coder and contribute to Risk Adjustment program.
• Ensure timely submission of data to HPMS, National PACE, and State reports.
• Develop EHR expertise to create custom reports and templates.
• Oversee integration of new technologies and software systems.
• Perform data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Train staff on reporting functions.
