Strong SQL and BI tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Epic Certifications upon hire welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team and ensure delivery of dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts.
• Balance hands-on work with delegation to maintain content quality and tech touch.
