Job summary

Central Health seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive BI, performance and operational analysis across clinical, financial and enrollment datasets. You will design dashboards, support data warehouse development and act as an Epic reporting SME for front/back-end development.

You will collaborate with physicians, safety net providers and hospitals to enable patient-centered, data-driven care. A strong background in SQL, data visualization and Epic tooling is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics projects and teams in healthcare or similar complex environments.
• Advanced SQL in Microsoft SQL Server with data warehousing exposure.
• Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, or equivalent analytics languages.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Epic reporting modules and data governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document reporting requirements; build dashboards and reports.
• Lead analytics projects and coordinate with IT and business units.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis; communicate findings clearly.
• Design and support data warehouses or data marts; ensure data quality.
• Develop ongoing monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports for stakeholders.
