Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed trend, root-cause, and statistical analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Work with raw data to validate findings and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze metrics with stakeholders to identify cost of care opportunities.
• Transform raw data into compelling visual narratives for business audiences.
• Create and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau to support decisions.
• Mentor and coach other metrics associates and provide technical guidance.
