Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics. The role focuses on large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories) to uncover trends and drive data-driven strategies for network optimization.

You will work with SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to deliver insights and improve data quality. The position offers remote, hybrid or in-office options with a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and opportunities to contribute to innovative analytics

Qualifications

3+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare or SaaS.
Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Databricks or Spark and Python.
Familiar with BI tools like Looker and AI-assisted analytics.
Ability to work with large, complex datasets and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced data analysis on complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Lead data quality investigations and support data governance initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
Develop metrics, KPIs, and data models to support Quest products.
Document work and track projects in systems such as DevOps.
