Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large-scale healthcare datasets, uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for provider network optimization and improved network performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services, with a focus on data quality, governance, and scalable analytics using SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and in-depth data investigations.
• Experience supporting product development or analytics-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching across sources.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze large datasets.
