Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories) to uncover trends and support data-driven strategies for network optimization.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and BI/tooling experience, plus comfort with AI tools to enhance analyses. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services, maintaining data quality and governance while developing KPIs and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics or related field.
3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
Experience with large, complex datasets and data quality initiatives.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver insights.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching across sources.
Lead data investigations and partner with cross-functional teams to develop data solutions.
Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and derive insights from large datasets.
