Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for optimization.

You will use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process data, develop metrics, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders. The role offers flexible remote/hybrid/in-office options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare/SaaS/data-intensive environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction/analysis.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks/Spark).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Java.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience with AI tools (Claude or similar) for analytics and automation.
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and insights across campaigns, clients, and demographics.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and data structures.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for Quest products.
• Document project work and manage tasks in systems like DevOps.
• Identify improvements to outreach and data processes based on insights.
