Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories) to uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for network optimization.

The role requires 3+ years of data analysis, strong SQL and Databricks skills, Python, and experience with BI tools. Flexible work options include remote, hybrid or in-office arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and deep data investigations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar platforms.
• Programming in Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience using AI tools to support data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and stewardship principles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze provider network data to resolve entity matching and data relationships.
• Lead data investigations to resolve quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process large datasets.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to support Quest products.
• Document and track project work in DevOps or similar systems.
• Suggest improvements to data processes based on insights.
