The role involves data quality, governance, and leveraging SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to generate context‑rich insights and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a data-related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks/Spark and BI tools like Looker.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze provider network data to resolve entity matching and data structures.
• Lead data investigations and improve data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python and AI tools to process large datasets and derive insights.
