Quest Analytics is hiring a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics by analyzing large healthcare datasets and delivering data-driven insights. You will work with SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to identify trends and improve data quality, supporting product decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data‑intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and in-depth investigations.
• Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics‑driven decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern data platforms (Databricks, Spark).

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and measure performance.
• Translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and data structures across sources.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and derive insights from large datasets.
• Contribute to evaluating and adopting new analytics technologies.
• Maintain data governance standards for high-quality, reliable data assets.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to support Quest products.
• Document and track project work in systems like DevOps.
