Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance provider network analytics using large healthcare datasets such as claims and provider directories. You will uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for optimization.

In this role, you will work with SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools like Claude to analyze data, ensure quality, and collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and client services to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a data-related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis on large healthcare datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights across campaigns, clients, and demographics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and inform data sourcing strategies and product features.
• Lead data investigations to address quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process data and derive insights.
