Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and automated dialer-generated outbound calls.
• Assess customer need for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products/services.
• Document calls in a computerized record-keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in a computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist in training employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
