Job summary

Accendra Health in Denver, CO seeks a Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, handle inbound calls, and process orders in a high-volume environment. The role starts on-site and transitions to a hybrid model after six months.

You will communicate with patients and healthcare professionals, resolve issues, and support order entry using multiple platforms while working with the care team to ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Place outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use product knowledge to service patients and communicate with stakeholders.
• Meet required KPI targets and support the sales team as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
