Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in an administrative support or customer service position.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience handling inquiries through phone, email, fax, or mail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle inquiries.
• Perform data entry and processing of mail and notices.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests in line with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services.
• Interact with external partners and serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
