Job summary

Accendra Health, Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to provide a positive patient experience in a high-volume environment. You will educate patients on products and services, address concerns, and place supply orders while collaborating with teammates and healthcare professionals.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience; call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate multiple platforms
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies
• Strong customer service skills with ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team
• Consistently meet required KPIs
• Perform other duties as required
