Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, address concerns, and process supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center. The role emphasizes quality patient interactions and accurate order entry across multiple platforms.

You will work M-F with potential to work from home after 90 days. Candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service and strong communication skills, plus proficiency with MS Office and product knowledge to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
