Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Professional and energetic phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using phone systems, email, and office tools.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for in-person work required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Return voicemails no longer than 24 hours later and ensure inquiries are followed thoroughly.
• Handle patient questions and scheduling needs and route to appropriate team members.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and greeting patients and checking them in.
• Provide real-time support to clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and communication.
