ProHealth in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and partners. You’ll handle high‑volume calls, arrange appointments, check patients in, and provide real‑time support to clinics and departments with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Professional and energetic phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using phone systems, email, and office tools.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for in-person work required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Return voicemails no longer than 24 hours later and ensure all inquiries are followed upon thoroughly and accurately.
• Handle patient questions and scheduling needs and route to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and greeting patients and checking them in.
• Provide real-time support to our clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication.
