Responsibilities

• Answers questions and provides customer education about products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized records.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
• Reads and analyzes patient orders documents.
• Understands pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Collaborates with coworkers and patients.
• Supports training of employees.
• Calculates figures and amounts for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follows oral and written instructions.
