Job summary

Accendra Health in Dallas is seeking a friendly, in-office Customer Service Specialist who educates patients on products and services, resolves concerns, and places supply orders. This on-site role supports a seamless patient experience and drives order accuracy.

You will review and process orders, make outbound calls, use product knowledge to assist patients, and collaborate with teammates. A High School diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience are required; call-center experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s
• Perform other duties as required
