Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification required.
• 3+ years in food operations with at least 1 year in management.
• Experience with cash handling policies and various POS/register systems.
• Hospital environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food service in a healthcare setting.
• Lead food service department to provide excellent service and quality.
• Collaborate with dietitians and chefs to plan nutritious menus.
• Manage recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance of team members.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, payroll, and budget compliance.
• Drive health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
