Job summary

Medscape, a division of WebMD, seeks an experienced client services professional to lead post-sale execution and ensure successful delivery of our solutions to healthcare clients. You will manage on-site relationships as needed, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, and drive customer satisfaction while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and superb communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
1–2 years in digital, agency and healthcare; 1–2 years in Account Management or Client Service.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, onsite presence as needed.
Support client satisfaction with high-caliber customer-service experience.
Partner with Sales to meet client and internal goals and improve performance.
Manage day-to-day partnership across departments from sale to execution and launch.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project health and quality checks.
Prepare and distribute kickoff materials, client status reports, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely delivery of Medscape solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
Learn Medscape processes to achieve efficiency and speed to market.
Contribute to revenue delivery and team revenue goals.
Client travel as required.
