Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to accelerate growth of our API/CPaaS solutions within the Healthcare vertical, with a preference for candidates on the West Coast for timezone coverage. This remote US role requires engaging tech-savvy customers and expanding relationships across the market.

You will drive end-to-end sales, from pipeline development to close and post-sales upsell, leveraging value-based selling and cross-functional collaboration with teams like Pre-Sales, Legal,

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare technology sales, SaaS, Cloud, or API based communications.
• Proven track record in prospecting and opening new customers.
• Strong relationships with executives across business, marketing, and tech teams.
• Located in the PST timezone for West Coast coverage.
• Experience collaborating with PreSales Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle from pipeline to close and post-sales upsell.
• Use value & solution oriented sales with focus on engagement, authentication & end-user use-cases.
• Grow API/CPaaS adoption in Healthcare vertical on the West Coast.
• Own cross-functional opportunity management from Pre-Sales to Customer Success.
• Generate pipeline and land new target accounts.
• Present Vonage’s CPaaS product to audiences from executives to individual contributors.
• Provide accurate forecasts and visibility on sales/revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
