CLA is hiring a Controller with Healthcare Industry experience for our CAAS practice based in Minnesota, with offices in Monticello, St. Cloud, Alexandria or Brainerd. You will oversee GAAP accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting for client engagements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of Controller-level experience (Healthcare preferred), CPA a plus, and proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, Word, and Outlook. In-office travel is expected.

Formación

• 7 years of experience as a Controller or equivalent.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee GAAP accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting for client engagements.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and procurement activities.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to management and clients.
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports as needed.
• Mentor accounting staff and evaluate performance.
• Communicate with boards, bankers, and investors.
