Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks a Controller with Healthcare Industry experience for the CAAS practice in MN offices including Brainerd MN, Monticello, St. Cloud, Alexandria, and Appleton, WI. You will oversee GAAP accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting to help clients mitigate risk and meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years as a Controller, CPA preferred, with strong QuickBooks/NetSuite and Excel proficiency. Excellent communication with boards and management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 7 years relevant work experience as a Controller; healthcare exp. preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop GAAP policies and internal controls.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, procurements, or investments.
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Monitor KPIs and advise management.
• Communicate with boards and investors; prepare presentations.
