Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 7 years relevant work experience as a Controller or equivalent.
• Experience in Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of GAAP (FASB/SFAS) and financial/operational aspects of the healthcare industry.
• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for budgeting, cash and credit management.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, procurements or investments for parts of an organization.
• Prepare financial information and statements; monitor KPIs.
• Advise management on financial objectives and present to boards or investors.
