Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a detail-oriented PHCS Contract Administrator to oversee contract lifecycles in a healthcare environment. You will manage milestones, payments, renewals, and compliance while supporting billing and financial oversight across partner agreements.

The role requires experience in contract administration, strong financial analysis, and stakeholder communication. Collaboration with Finance, Legal, and cross‑functional teams is essential for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of contract management or related operations.
• 2–3 years with Salesforce and Conga environments (Conga CPQ/CLM).
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle, milestones, renewals, and compliance.
• Experience with revenue tracking, billing, and data management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience developing dashboards and performance metrics.
• Healthcare or life sciences exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycles, milestones, payments, renewals and compliance.
• Support scoping, negotiations, execution and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop processes using Conga CPQ and CLM systems.
• Monitor performance, payment triggers, and forecast revenue.
• Develop financial dashboards for actionable insights.
• Analyze terms, identify gaps, and support decisions.
• Maintain contract/financial data across systems.
• Implement reporting tools and change management practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and partners.
• Serve as focal point for contract status, reporting and billing.
