Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to support its contract lifecycle, from requisition to final invoicing. You will help establish efficient workflows, ensure compliance with policies and federal healthcare requirements, and maintain accurate contract records across departments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in contract management or healthcare compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• 3+ years of contract management or healthcare compliance experience; 7+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal/state healthcare laws (Stark, AKS, HIPAA) and FMV concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support contract operations framework to ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
• Administer contract pipeline from requisition through drafting, execution and digital archiving.
• Coordinate documentation and routing for physician contracts and professional services.
• Develop dashboards to monitor lifecycles, expirations and milestones.
• Monitor compliance with Stark Law, AKS and HIPAA; assist with internal audits.
