Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Contract Management Analyst to support the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations across physician and vendor agreements. You will help draft, route, and archive documents while maintaining dashboards and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with finance, legal, HR, supply chain and clinical teams to optimize processes and ensure accurate, timely contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Three years in contract management or healthcare compliance with a degree; seven years with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support system-wide contract operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Administer contract pipeline: requisition, drafting, execution and digital archiving of physician and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate documentation and routing for physician contracts and professional service agreements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor contract lifecycles, expirations and milestones.
• Monitor compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statutes and HIPAA requirements; assist with internal audit controls.
