Ideal candidates bring a civil engineering or construction management background, 4+ years in GC/CM, and a proven ability to coordinate with owners, designers, and trade partners while maintaining safety and schedule discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 4+ years of GC/CM construction management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support projects across the Greater Orlando Region.

Responsibilities

• Develop bidders list and bidding strategy for healthcare projects.
• Set up a complex project schedule and site logistics plans.
• Establish and oversee the safety plan at the jobsite; set safety culture at jobsite.
• Create and manage project budgets; monitor costs and change management processes.
• Lead meetings with project team and coordinate with Architect/Engineer and trade partners.
