Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Procurement: develop bidders list, bid strategy, distribute documents, solicit bidders, manage CPS data, pre-bid meetings, write subcontracts.
• Planning: set up complex schedules, site logistics, cash flow, constructability reviews, review estimates, mobilize jobsite staff.
• Field Operations: oversee safety plan, punchlist, labor relations, crisis procedures, BIM coordination.
• Cost Management: manage general conditions budget, non-reimbables, Prolog entries, monitor costs, change management, payment timing.
• Management: run project team meetings, manage RFIs/submittals, office procedures, interface with code officials, seek repeat/new business.
