Job summary

Barton Malow is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead teams through all phases of project delivery for healthcare construction projects in the Charleston area. You will oversee procurement, planning, field operations, cost management, and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and 4+ years of GC/CM experience, with proficiency in Procore and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 4+ years’ GC/CM construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: develop bidders lists and bidding strategies, write subcontracts, manage bid processes.
• Planning: create complex schedules, site logistics, cash flow projections, mobilization.
• Field Operations: oversee safety plan, punch list, labor relations, crisis procedures, BIM coordination.
